I’ve always been a writer. 

Short stories in crayon became comics in ballpoint became essays in Word became… You guessed it: Slides in decks—the art’s highest form. 

After graduating from the University of Missouri School of Journalism, I moved ever-so-slightly west to Kansas City, unleashing my personal brand of wordsmithery on an unready advertising community. The rest, as they say, is the rest:

🍔  Helped build Wendy’s “Sassy” brand voice.
🌶️  Pushed Chili’s to thrive in the early pandemic. 
🍩  Launched Dunkin's new energy drink.
👟  Developed Brooks Running’s first brand campaign. 
💊  Redefined Cleveland Clinic as a health system that cares for everyone.
